Lauren is an extensively trained Registered Massage Therapist and Lymphatic Practitioner. She graduated from Centennial College in 2004 and started her Lymphatic journey in 2007.

Lauren completed the Complex Decongestive Therapy and Lymphedema Trainding from Chikly Health Institute in 2012 and loves to work with cancer survivors. She also has extensive training in CranioSacral Therapy, Visceral Manipulation and Neural Manipulation among other therapies. Lauren is also a certified Fitter for Sigvaris Compression Garments.

Lauren has lived and worked in Aurora/Newmarket since 2012. She loves to read fiction, practice yoga and is constantly upgrading her skills.

Danielle (formerly Hilton) is an Osteopathic Manual Practitioner and a member of the Ontario Association of Osteopathic Manual Practitioners (OAO), and is covered by most insurance plans as a DOMP. She is also a registered massage therapist since 2004 with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario.
